• The return/exchange request is placed within 5 days from the date of delivery.
• The product is not from our final sale or clearance category, as such items are non-returnable.

Pickup & Quality Check Process

Once your return/exchange request is placed, a pickup service will be arranged at your provided address. Our pickup personnel will collect the merchandise, after which a quality check will be conducted. If the item meets our return criteria, your request will be processed.

Refunds & Store Credit
• All approved refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. This store credit can be used for future purchases at BillionaireZ, allowing you to shop again at your convenience.
• Store credit has no expiry date, so you can use it anytime!
